Ingredients
50mlheavy whipping cream
15mlmaple syrup
60mlstrong coffee
150mlwhole milk
Ice cubes
Cinnamon powder, for topping
Instructions
In a small glass, add heavy whipping cream and maple syrup. Whip with a milk frother or small whisk until thickened. Set aside.
Grab a serving glass (470 ml) and add ice cubes, milk, whipped maple cream, and followed by the strong coffee.
Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon powder on top. Enjoy! Take a sip to taste the coffee latte and maple cream together.
Notes
Feel free to tweak this recipe to suit your taste. You can add another tablespoon or two of maple syrup to your milk (not cream) if you prefer your latte on the sweeter side.
