This Thai Tea Ice Cream tastes authentic, made from Thai tea mix and sweetened with condense milk to replicate your favorite Thai tea drink.

Instructions
Combine Thai tea, milk, sugar, and salt in a large saucepan and bring to simmer over medium heat.
Remove from the heat and let the tea steep for 10 minutes.
Strain the milk mixture through a fine mesh strainer and add heavy cream. Mix until combined. Let the mixture cool completely.
Cover and refrigerate the mixture for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Pour the ice cream base into an
ice cream maker
and follow the manufacturer’s directions.
Store the ice cream in airtight container in freezer for at least 4 hours.
Serve with a drizzle of condensed milk.
