10.5oz(300gr)silken tofu, room temperature
3.5oz(100gr)dark chocolate, melted
2tbspmaple syrup
1tbspcocoa powder
Apinch ofsalt
Instructions
Blend silken tofu, melted dark chocolate, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and salt in a blender until smooth.
Pour the mixture into serving glasses.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to let the mousse set.
