Toast sesame seeds on a frying pan with low heat for about 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Set aside and cool down before using.
Chunky Sesame Dressing. Put all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until everything is well combined.
Creamy Sesame Dressing. Put toasted sesame seeds into food processor and process until a crumbly paste forms. Add sesame oil into the paste and process for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Add mayo, rice vinegar, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar into the mixture and process just until everything is incorporated.
