Ingredients
3ripe avocados
1lime, juiced
1/2mediumonion, diced
1/2tspsalt
1/2tspcumin
1/2cupcoriander, roughly chopped
1/2cup(140gr)greek yogurt
Instructions
Add diced onion to a small bowl then cover with cold water for 10 minutes to get rid its strong flavor. Drain the water and set aside.
Slice the avocados in half, removed the pit and skin and place in a mixing bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork and make it as chunky or smooth as you’d like.
