salt pickled cherry blossoms

Instructions
Prepare two mugs and fill each with 1/2 cup (120 ml) hot water.
Rinse the cherry blossoms in first glass for 1 minute to remove the salt.
Remove the cherry blossoms and put them in the second glass. Steep until the water is little pinkish. Enjoy.
