Ingredients

  • 5 cups (1200 ml) water
  • 2 tbsp loose leaf black tea
  • 1 lemon, sliced thinly
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 5 tbsp (65 gr) granulated sugar
  • Lemon slices, to serve

Instructions

  • Heat water in sauce pan until gentle simmer. Stir in black tea loose leaves, lemon, cinnamon stick, and granulated sugar (optional). Let it steep for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Pour strained hot tea into the glasses. Add lemon slices to glass for garnish.
