Breakfast is essential for me. Apart from providing body with energy to get things done, breakfast makes my stomach fuller. Hence, consuming breakfast in the morning actually makes me less likely to be hungry throughout the day.

I choose granola for healthier energizing breakfast because granola is generously rich with fiber, iron, protein, and good unsaturated fats. Granola is perfect for breakfast because it is versatile and relatively high in calories. Granola helps you stay full and avoid feeling hungry between meals.
Do you know making your own granola is very easy at home? I cannot understand why people keep buying store bought one. You just need to toss it together, bake, and enjoy. Making homemade granola is absolutely much cheaper and healthier than the store bought one. Here in Indonesia, for the price of a store bought granola, I can make about double amount of homemade one.
