Lemon Black Tea
There is nothing that can beat a cup of hot cup of tea to warm body and soul in chilly weather.
- 5 cups water (1200 ml)
- 2 tbsp black tea loose leaves
- 1 lemon sliced thinly
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 5 tbsp granulated sugar (65 gr) optional
- lemon slices to serve, optional
Heat water in sauce pan until gentle simmer. Stir in black tea loose leaves, lemon, cinnamon stick, and granulated sugar (optional). Let it steep for about 3-5 minutes.
Pour strained hot tea into the glasses. Add lemon slices to glass for garnish.
