Honey Mustard Greek Yogurt Dressing
Some of my friends had been trying to change their lifestyle by eating salad more regularly. Seeing them, I was tempted to make some at home because of several health reasons. I also believed that to have a healthy and tasty salad, you should try making my own salad dressing. I just wanted to make sure every ingredient used are healthy and low in calories for daily intake. That was why I had been experimenting some dressing recipe for my vegetables and greens. I must say that Honey Mustard Greek Yogurt Dressing is one of my favorite from my experiment list.
Honey Mustard Greek Yogurt Dressing is creamy, tangy, and sweet. It is obviously has classic spicy and sharp Dijon mustard flavor. Furthermore, it takes seconds to combine everything together. The dressing is also versatile and works great not only on salads, but also as a dipping sauce. More importantly, the dressing is healthy with no mayo in it because I used Greek Yogurt to add the creaminess.
Honey Mustard Dressing
Honey Mustard Greek Yogurt Dressing is creamy, tangy, and sweet dressing with classic spicy and sharp Dijon mustard flavor
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
In a small bowl, whisk everything together until well incorporated. Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary.
Use immediately or store covered in refrigerator.
